- [Narrator] Let's discuss Terraform Workflow briefly, and essentially you have three stages for the workflow, Write, Plan and Apply. Let's talk about each of those. First is the Write stage, otherwise known as the Author stage. Here we code our Terraform configuration file or files in their own working directory. And then we initialize the directory and we do that with the Terraform in it command. We're going to do that a whole ton of times through this course, Terraform in it. The second stage is the Plan stage. Here we verify that the configuration is valid and review the Terraform plan. So, two different commands that we'll run here. The Terraform validate command, which will check our code. It'll check the syntactical correctitude of our code. That's Terraform Validate, make sure there's no mistakes. And then Terraform Plan, which is kind of like a dry run. It'll show what will be built or destroyed, but it won't actually do it, and it'll present you with any errors or issues…
