- Databases are one of the workhorses of business applications. Google Cloud provides managed database services for both relational and NoSQL databases. Cloud SQL is a managed database that streamlines the deployment of PostgreSQL, MySQL, and SQL Server databases. Sometimes, however, relational databases are not a good fit for a particular use case. That's okay because Google Cloud has managed NoSQL databases as well, including Cloud Fire Store, which is well suited for applications that require flexible schemas.
