Program management is something that's been around for ages. AI has an opportunity to come in and change a lot of the processes and procedures that can make program management slow down, bottleneck, or honestly become a little bit mundane. So, AI is going to keep things rolling. It's going to keep balls in the air. It's going to help you summarize things that may have taken hours to summarize before. You can even use it to evaluate your current processes or come up with something new. After launching a program, one thing that's very important to capture are metrics, even qualitative metrics.
