I found the content practical and easy to relate to real-life situations, especially around self-awareness, managing emotions, and responding more thoughtfully rather than reacting impulsively.
One of the most valuable parts for me was learning how emotional responses influence communication and relationships. It made me reflect on my own behaviour and gave me simple tools I can actually use at work and in personal situations.
