- You may have heard the phrase, what gets measured gets managed. And by now, you know that your team should be measuring their progress towards your objectives and making decisions based on real data. The information that everyone from company leadership to individual members should be paying attention to are called key performance indicators or KPIs for short. KPIs are objective measures of how different aspects of your organization are performing. And KPIs are different from other measures, call them regular performance indicators, because KPIs impact your overall business objectives. An easy KPI to pinpoint is monthly recurring revenue.
