- [Instructor] Figma has become the defacto go-to UX design application, but its motion capabilities are somewhat lacking. For example, this Figma animation has motion, but when it comes to motion design, it is fairly rudimentary. Here, let me show you what I'm talking about. If I click it, that's all that happens. Yes, I can apply easing. Yes, I can set the timing, but that's about it. If I wanted to do more, I could explain to the team or the developers that as the icons move into place, they blur and stretch a bit as they travel along an arc into their final position and state. The issue here is something I've made clear over the years. You can't describe motion. You need to show it. And in this video, I am going to move Figma assets into Rive and show it. Just be aware.
