- When I was a kid, I was learning the metric system and we were going to change over to the metric system any day now. Well it's decades and decades later and I still cook with quarts and pints. I still drive miles per hour instead of kilometers. I still put in a gallon of gas or drink a gallon of milk. So the same thing with passwords. We've been moving away from using passwords as credentials for a long time. So no more passwords any day now. Well, we'll still be using passwords for the time being, but we do have lots of emerging solutions that are passwordless and you know, Microsoft's kind of on the forefront of that. And they have lots of partners that they work with. Here's one of them, ID Melon, and they have a nice article talking about the passwordless experience in Microsoft Azure. So you can use the Microsoft Authenticator app, which is a multi-factor authentication for mobile devices. Kind of like, you know, using Google Authenticator or something like that. Windows Hello…
