- And most stories have a hero who goes on a quest or a journey. They might come across a problem to overcome and they might eventually find resolution. And in a way, that's rather like the journey of collective intelligence. Starting at the beginning, gathering, have you got the right people to go on your journey with? Have you got the right range of skills so that you can face all possible challenges together and survive? Prime? Have you prepared and planned for that journey? Have you sent your scouts ahead to investigate the road? Share. Have you worked out how to get the most from everybody in your group for the quest? Do you know what talents and tools they each bring. Collaborate. Can people travel well-together? How will you manage to keep them strong as a team. Challenge. How will we meet the challenges together? Can we face them head on? Can we overcome them?
