- Design and lead, facilitating successful collaboration. We humans are creatures of habit, and unless we change how we work, who we work with, what we work on, and where we work, we'll carry on working the way we've always done. If we want to develop the hive mind of our team, we have to start thinking about designing and planning and managing our approach, to our projects and to our meetings. That's because we won't be a thriving hive mind if we turn up in the same room with the same people looking at the same information in the same way. Because we can't then expect something different to pop out. We have to change it up.
