Introduction

- Collaboration behaviors. Managing people to co-create. Collective intelligence at work is enhanced when people behave in collaborative ways. A hive mind means that the group works well together, listening to each other, sharing information, and making better decisions, because they're informed by all the many perspectives that each of the individuals bring. However, even if you have the best, most creative or intelligent people in the room together, you might still need to manage them well to get the best hive thinking from them. This is all about setting up the expectations in advance about what good collaboration behavior looks like and intervening if people do go off track, for the good of the whole groups thinking.
