- In this video, we're going to discuss publishing our Revit models. Now publishing is a prerequisite for viewing and collaborating with models in the web browser portal and it's also a requirement for some of the methods that we use for linking Revit models together. So I'm going to start off here in the web portal. I am logged in as Deshi and she is in the Design Collaboration module that is showing us her workspace, which is the Architecture Workspace because she's a member of that team. Now here on the Architecture Team workspace, you will see a list of models down near the bottom. Now some of these names may look familiar if you watched the previous video. We've got "tower.rvt" right here and "Building_Site.rvt" here. Now notice that both of those end in ".rvt" which is a Revit file extension.
