- [Narrator] Sometimes, the best way to decide what to work on next is to ask your users directly. This helps you and your team prioritize work and avoids the trap of making assumptions about what your users value in your product. If you build software nobody wants, users may find a different product they like more or that works better for their needs. There are two ways to collect feedback from users, manual and automatic. You need both to get a complete picture of how users actually use your product. Manual feedback includes all the surveys and reviews you collect from your users. Survey design is both an art and a science. Depending on your needs, I recommend connecting with an expert to validate that the questions you ask actually generate the data you need.
