- [Instructor] Predictive analytics in Google Analytics provides a powerful way to anticipate user behavior, helping you make data-driven decisions that really can boost your marketing strategy. Now, Google Analytics can forecast key metrics, like the probability of users making a purchase or even leaving your website. It's really crazy how advanced these models are getting. Now, there are three metrics that you'll want to explore further: purchase probability, churn probability, and predicted revenue. So purchase probability is the probability that a user who was active on your site or on your app in the last 28 days is going to log a specific key event. So, something that you're tracking. This could be a conversion or an actual purchase within the next seven days. Churn probability is the probability that a user who is active on your app or your site within the last seven days will not be active within the next seven days.
