- [Instructor] When skimming a long report, it can be pretty easy to skip right over some very significant numbers. By utilizing the conditional formatting rules within your reports, you could make sure that the values that warrant a second look get noticed. We'll continue building on the Customer Lifetime Sales report that we started over the course of the last couple of movies. In it, we have all of our customers organized based off of the state that they live in. And we can see the lifetime sales are the amount of money that they spent with the company. What I want to do is start to highlight some of these people. For instance, if I scroll down on the report, I want to find all the people that have spent less than $100, and call attention to them. To do that, I'll switch my view into design view. Then, I'm going to click on the Lifetime Sales value, right over here, and come up to the formatting tab, and click on the Conditional Formatting button. That'll start up the Conditional…
