Job Summary

Join Our Team as a Director of Rooms!

As our Director of Rooms, you’re the mastermind behind smooth stays and unforgettable guest

experiences. You’ll lead the charge across the Rooms Division—including Front Office, Concierge, Guest

Recognition, PBX, Housekeeping, Valet Laundry, and Valet Parking—making sure every detail is dialed

in. From maximizing revenue to keeping service standards sky-high, you’re the go-to for seamless

operations and happy guests. If you’re a natural leader with sharp communication skills, a knack for

solving problems, and a passion for hospitality, come join us and help turn great stays into lasting

memories.


Education & Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent required.

• At least 5 years of experience in a similar position

• Valid driver's license from the applicable state.

• Able to work effectively under pressure, maintaining composure while quickly evaluating situations

and determining the best course of action

• A strong communicator who listens actively to understand concerns raised by coworkers and

guests, and effectively conveys ideas and solutions
