Job Title: UX Designer

Overview

Join an exciting project focused on revolutionizing the digital experience for mobile customers in the telecom industry. As a UX Designer, you will play a pivotal role in redesigning a critical portal used by mobile users to manage their accounts, data, and devices. This opportunity offers the chance to work on a high-impact, fast-paced initiative that addresses existing challenges and prepares the platform for enterprise capabilities. You will collaborate with a dynamic cross-functional team, contributing to a substantial user experience overhaul with a clear focus on mobile-first design, information architecture, and intuitive user flows.

Required Skills

• Proven experience designing mobile products, telecom, or enterprise B2B platforms
• Strong proficiency in Figma, including auto layout and component libraries
• Solid understanding of information architecture and user flows
• Ability to work independently from discovery to handoff, managing own timelines
• Excellent collaboration skills, able to engage with researchers and cross-functional teams
• Portfolio demonstrating previous UX design work, particularly in high-stakes, fast-paced environments
• Experience with brainstorming tools such as Figjam, and openness to using AI tools to expedite wireframing processes

Nice to Have Skills

• Knowledge of using AI-powered design tools like Replit for rapid solutioning
• Experience with wireframing, prototyping, and user testing
• Exposure to data-driven design or design systems development
• Background working in customer portal or digital experience projects for telecom or enterprise clients

Preferred Education and Experience

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Design, or related field
• Mid to senior-level experience with at least 3+ years in UX design roles, especially within telecom or B2B environments
