Location: Fort Worth, TX|Hybrid – 2 days onsite/week

Duration: 12 Months Contract

• As the Senior Technical Principal - IT Programs, you will drive IT programs and be the subject matter expert for the assigned business unit, the Senior Principal will be a key influencer in achieving strategic alignment and delivering measurable business value.
• The Senior Principal will partner with leaders across the business unit to identify and shape high impact initiatives that advance business strategy.
• Beyond technical leadership, this role will carry significant program management accountability, ensuring complex, cross functional initiatives are structured effectively, governed well, and executed with clarity and discipline.
• The person in this role is expected to be an energetic, dynamic, and innovative leader who champions process improvement, drives consistent delivery practices, and enhances the productivity and performance of the assigned business area.
• The Senior Principal is an established and recognized figure both internally and externally, representing GM Financial in the broader community and serving as a de facto ambassador for the organization.
• Maintaining strong internal and external networks is essential to this role.
