Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Store Manager located in Dallas, TX. The Store Manager will oversee daily operations, ensure excellent customer service standards, manage inventory and staff, and drive sales to meet store goals. Additional responsibilities include implementing loss prevention strategies, maintaining an organized and appealing store layout, and fostering a positive working environment for team members.
Qualifications
Experience in Customer Service and a strong focus on Customer Satisfaction
Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written
Proficiency in Store Management and team leadership
Knowledge of Retail Loss Prevention practices and procedures
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
Prior experience in the fashion or boutique retail industry is a plus
