Software Engineer

Senior Software Engineer | Hybrid | $111,300 - $166,900 per year

We're hiring on behalf of a Haystack partner!

The Role

• Design, develop, test, and maintain C/C++ applications.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement software solutions.

• Gather requirements and drive feature delivery end-to-end.

• Debug and resolve complex software defects and issues.

• Perform code reviews and provide constructive feedback.

• Write and maintain technical documentation.

What You'll Need

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field with 2+ years of relevant experience; OR Master's degree with 1+ year of experience; OR PhD.

• 2+ years of academic or work experience with programming languages such as C, C++, Java, or Python.

• Excellent coding and debugging skills in C/C++.

• Good knowledge of data structures and algorithms.

• Experience with object-oriented analysis and design (OOA and OOD).

• Familiarity with design patterns and version control systems (e.g., Git).
