Job Description

Insight Global is looking for a creative, self-starting Content Creator to produce short-form video content for Instagram and TikTok channels for a women's boxer brand. This person plays a key part in shaping presence on social.

You’ll report directly to the Social Media Director and collaborate closely with them to bring

brand campaigns, product launches, and storytelling ideas to life. The right person is someone who lives on social media, always knows what’s trending, and feels confident both in front of and behind the camera.

What You’ll Do:

● Create Instagram Reels and TikTok videos each month

● Follow creative concepts and/or develop creative concepts that align with campaigns,

product launches, and social trends

● Film and edit content showcasing products, brand storytelling, and lifestyle

moments

● Pitch new video ideas regularly based on trending audio and formats

● Work closely with the Social Media Director to ensure everything aligns with the brand tone and strategy

Required Skills & Experience

● Strong understanding of TikTok and Instagram trends

● Basic editing skills using apps like CapCut, InShot, or similar

● Experience creating social-first video content (either for yourself or for brands)

● Highly creative and able to work independently while meeting deadline

Compensation

$30/hr to $35/hr.
