At Snowflake, we are powering the era of the agentic enterprise. To usher in this new era, we seek AI-native thinkers across every function who are energized by the opportunity to reinvent how they work. You don’t just use tools; you possess an innate curiosity, treating AI as a high-trust collaborator that is core to how you solve problems and accelerate your impact. We look for low-ego individuals who thrive in dynamic and fast-moving environments and move with an experimental mindset — who rapidly test emerging capabilities to discover simpler, more powerful ways to deliver results. At Snowflake, your role isn't just to execute a function, but to help redefine the future of how work gets done.
Snowflake is building a new and evolving Learning & Development (L&D) function and is seeking a Senior L&D Program Manager to help create meaningful learning experiences for Snowflakes across the company. This role is an opportunity to build and experiment — trying new approaches, learning what resonates, and shaping development programs employees actually want to engage with.
This role focuses on designing learning experiences that support everyday effectiveness and growth, including skills like communication, collaboration, career navigation, and personal effectiveness. You will own widely accessible programs that help Snowflakes build confidence, strengthen core skills, and navigate important moments in their careers.
This is a builder role for someone who enjoys creating practical, inclusive learning, iterating based on feedback, and balancing thoughtful structure with room to experiment.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
The application window is expected to be open until May 10, 2026. This opportunity will remain posted based on business needs, which may be before or after the specified date.
Snowflake is growing fast, and we’re scaling our team to help enable and accelerate our growth. We are looking for people who share our values, challenge ordinary thinking, and push the pace of innovation while building a future for themselves and Snowflake.
