Key Responsibilities

* Design, develop, test, and deploy custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Components, and Visualforce

* Customize and configure Salesforce to meet business requirements

* Collaborate with stakeholders, business analysts, and admins to translate requirements into technical solutions

* Integrate Salesforce with third-party applications and internal systems

* Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, bugs, and performance challenges

* Maintain system documentation and ensure data integrity and security

* Support system upgrades, enhancements, and releases

* Stay current with Salesforce platform updates and best practices

Required Skills

* Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience)

* 2–5 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience

* Strong proficiency in Apex, SOQL, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce APIs

* Experience with integrations (REST/SOAP APIs)

* Salesforce certifications (e.g., Platform Developer I) preferred

* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

* Excellent communication and collaboration abilities

* Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment

Compensation

$95,000 – $135,000 per year
