Sales Coordinator – Book Tower

Located in the heart of downtown Detroit, Book Tower is a reimagined historic landmark brought to life by Method Co. in partnership with Bedrock. The property blends architectural grandeur with modern design, offering a distinctive hospitality experience alongside a dynamic mix of food & beverage, retail, and residential offerings.
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to support the Sales team in driving room revenue and delivering exceptional client experiences.
Position Overview
The Sales Coordinator provides administrative and operational support to the Sales team, ensuring seamless execution of bookings, proposals, and client communications. This role is critical to maintaining organization, accuracy, and responsiveness across all sales efforts.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Sales team with proposals, contracts, and client correspondence
- Manage inbound inquiries and assist with lead qualification and follow-up
- Coordinate site visits, client meetings, and sales presentations
- Maintain CRM systems with accurate account details, activity, and reporting
- Assist with group bookings, room blocks, and internal coordination with operations teams
- Prepare sales reports, tracking metrics, and performance summaries
- Ensure all documentation and contracts are completed accurately and on time
- Provide general administrative support to the Sales team
Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in hospitality, sales, or administrative support preferred
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with CRM or hotel systems preferred
- A proactive, team-oriented mindset with a willingness to learn
