Role: Python Developer

Location: Chicago, Illinois (Onsite)

As a consultant within the Vertical team, you will work with our clients to define their digital strategy and execution roadmap, and design and implement differentiated digital solutions to help deliver measurable value.

Job Description:

We are seeking experienced Backend Engineers with strong expertise in Python and enterprise service layer development. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience working in Agile/Scrum environments and be capable of delivering scalable and high-quality backend solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain backend services using Python

Build and enhance enterprise service layer architectures

Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile/Scrum environment

Participate in design discussions, code reviews, and technical problem-solving

Ensure high performance, scalability, and reliability of applications

Work closely with delivery leads during development and deployment cycles

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Strong experience in Python backend development

Proven experience in enterprise service layer delivery

Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies

Strong understanding of APIs, microservices, and system design

Good problem-solving and analytical skills

Excellent communication and collaboration abilities

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience working in global delivery models

Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) is a plus

Prior experience in Financial Services domain is an advantage

Additional Information:

In-person interaction is preferred for interviews

Faster profile delivery is prioritized over location/cost

Candidates should be comfortable working in a hybrid model
