Base pay range
$63.00/hr - $70.00/hr
Responsibilities
Kforce has an enterprise client that is seeking a Project/Program Manager III in Arlington, VA. Summary: The candidate will be responsible for the coordination and completion of project/program. The Project/Program Manager III oversees all aspects of projects/program. This person sets deadlines, assigns responsibilities, and monitors and summarizes progress of project/program. They will also prepare reports for upper management regarding status of project/program. Key Responsibilities:

The Project/Program Manager III oversees all aspects of projects/program. This person sets deadlines, assigns responsibilities, and monitors and summarizes progress of project/program. They will also prepare reports for upper management regarding status of project/program. Key Responsibilities:
- Design, launch, and manage early career programs such as internships, co-ops, and new graduate rotational programs
- Partner with Talent Acquisition, HR, and business leaders to align programs with workforce planning and organizational goals
- Develop program curricula, including onboarding, training, mentorship, and professional development initiatives
- Monitor program performance using data and analytics; Provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement
- Manage program logistics, timelines, budgets, and vendor relationships
- Serve as the primary point of contact for program participants, stakeholders, and external partners (e.g., universities)
- Foster an inclusive and engaging participant experience that supports diversity, equity, and inclusion goals
- Build and maintain relationships with academic institutions and early talent pipelines
- Track participant progress and support career development and conversion to full-time roles
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Education, or related field
- 7+ years of experience in program management
- Proven ability to manage complex programs and multiple stakeholders
- Strong organizational, project management, and communication skills
- Experience working with early career or university recruiting programs preferred
- Analytical mindset with experience using data to drive decision-making
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
- Familiarity with Learning & Development (L&D) frameworks
- Experience with HRIS or talent management systems
- Knowledge of diversity recruiting and inclusive program design
- Strong facilitation and presentation skills
