Responsibilities
- Serve as a primary support for Jira and Confluence environments for the Autonomy team.
- Assist technical teams with Jira project configuration and optimization of workflows.
- Automate and integrate Jira with developer tools while promoting best practices.
- Work with engineering managers to analyze existing workflows and document key processes.
- Build and maintain dashboards to track performance indicators and project health.
- BS/MS in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience.
- 6+ years in technical program management or project management within software development.
- Experience with Jira Administration and proficiency in Atlassian tools.
- Proficient in Agile methodologies to enhance project tracking and planning.
- Strong analytical and communication skills to provide insights and training.
