The Role

We're hiring a Program Manager to own and scale growth and partnership programs that directly move the needle on engagement and revenue. You'll design structured initiatives, work across teams, and partner with external stakeholders to turn strategy into measurable outcomes.

This role sits at the intersection of operations, growth, and execution — ideal for someone who thrives on owning programs end-to-end and building systems that deliver results.


What You'll Do

  • Run programs from zero to one and beyond — take growth and revenue initiatives from concept through launch and ongoing optimization.
  • Build and scale partner programs — design engagement models that expand reach, deepen relationships, and drive business impact.
  • Make performance visible — define KPIs, build dashboards, and maintain clear reporting so stakeholders always know where things stand.
  • Align cross-functional teams — coordinate with internal stakeholders to keep program goals tightly linked to business objectives.
  • Juggle multiple workstreams without dropping quality — manage competing priorities while maintaining execution rigor.
  • Turn data into decisions — analyze engagement and revenue trends to identify what's working, what's not, and what to do next.
  • Keep the machine running — maintain program governance, documentation, and operational standards across all initiatives.


What We're Looking For

  • Solid grasp of program management frameworks — you know how to structure, plan, and execute complex initiatives.
  • A track record of driving outcomes in growth, partnerships, or revenue-linked programs.
  • Experience managing multiple stakeholders with competing priorities — and keeping everyone aligned.
  • A data-driven mindset — you're comfortable pulling insights from numbers and translating them into action.
  • Sharp communication and organizational skills — written, verbal, and everything in between.
