At Coforge, we are seeking a seasoned Program Director with the following expertise:
Strategic Leadership: Define and execute enterprise data engineering and BI strategies across Azure, AWS, and GCP.
Data & Cloud Solutions: Architect and oversee data lakes, warehouses, and pipelines using modern platforms such as Databricks, Snowflake, Synapse, BigQuery, and Redshift.
Business Intelligence: Drive adoption of Power BI and advanced BI platforms; deliver self-service dashboards, predictive insights, and AI/ML-powered analytics.
Proposals & RFPs: Lead solutioning for RFPs/RFIs, client presentations, and proposals in collaboration with sales and pre-sales teams.
People Management: Build, mentor, and inspire global teams of data engineers, architects, and BI specialists; establish best practices and governance.
Innovation: Champion next-gen technologies including GenAI, real-time analytics, data mesh, and serverless data platforms to ensure future-ready solutions.
