About the Role: The YES Network seeks a Motion Graphic Designer to join its graphics team in Stamford, CT. Working collaboratively under the supervision of the Creative Director, this individual will design and animate graphics across broadcast, marketing, and digital platforms. This role supports live production and on-air content, including New York Yankees, Brooklyn Nets, and other network programming, while also contributing to creative initiatives such as segment design, promotional campaigns, and branded content. Responsibilities:

• Design and animate motion graphics for broadcast, marketing, and digital platforms
• Create work for feature segments, promos, social content, branded content, and event-driven initiatives
• Collaborate with creative leadership, producers, and stakeholders to develop and execute visual concepts
• Design within brand guidelines while helping evolve the network’s visual identity
• Create and modify 3D elements using Cinema 4D
• Build and maintain templates and design systems
• Support broadcast workflows including Vizrt and Chyron Prime
• Organize and maintain graphic assets

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of motion graphics experience or equivalent portfolio
• Proficiency in After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator
• Working knowledge of Cinema 4D
• Strong design, typography, and layout skills with an eye for layout, composition and branded consistency
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in sports, broadcast, or live production
• Familiarity with Vizrt or Chyron Prime
• Knowledge of Redshift or Octane

Salary range: $75,000 – $85,000
