💼 About the Role

The Manager of Case Management will lead the day-to-day operations of the Care Management department, ensuring efficient workflows, high-quality patient outcomes, and compliance with regulatory standards.

You’ll have the opportunity to:

• Oversee staffing, workflow, and departmental operations
• Guide discharge planning, care coordination, and utilization review processes
• Serve as a subject matter expert on healthcare regulations and best practices
• Collaborate with executive leadership, clinical teams, and external partners
• Drive performance improvement and patient safety initiatives

✅ What We’re Looking For

• BSN required (Master’s preferred)
• Strong experience in:
• Care coordination & discharge planning
• Clinical documentation & utilization review
• Knowledge of:
• InterQual & Milliman criteria
• Joint Commission, federal & state regulations
• Proven leadership ability within a hospital or large healthcare setting
• Strong communication, collaboration, and negotiation skills
