The Account Manager is responsible for managing assigned client accounts with a strong focus on revenue growth, upselling, cross‑selling, and portfolio expansion. This role works closely with Customer Success Managers, Project Managers, Marketing, and internal teams to identify growth opportunities, deliver value‑based solutions, and strengthen long‑term client relationships.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Manage assigned accounts with a focus on driving revenue growth through upsells, cross‑sells, and portfolio expansion.
  • Partner with Customer Success Managers during Engagement Health Checks (EHCs) to identify client needs and generate qualified leads for account expansion.
  • Lead targeted upsell and expansion campaigns by leveraging client insights, timing, and solution alignment.
  • Collaborate closely with Project Managers to align upsell opportunities with ongoing client initiatives and project timelines.
  • Deliver product demonstrations to showcase new services and solutions tailored to client requirements.
  • Work with Marketing and Customer Success teams to convert strong client relationships into advocacy through referrals, testimonials, and case studies.
  • Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date records of campaigns, demos, and upsell opportunities to ensure timely follow‑ups and closures.
  • Consistently achieve assigned upsell and expansion revenue targets, contributing to overall company growth objectives.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, competitor offerings, and best practices to effectively position solutions.

  2. Lead structured campaigns focused on upselling, expansions, and upgrades to drive incremental revenue growth.
  3. Leads from Engagement Health Checks (EHCs)
  4. Collaborate with Customer Success Managers during EHCs to identify client gaps and generate expansion leads.
  5. Collaboration with Project Managers
  6. Partner with Project Managers to align upsell opportunities with project milestones and client goals.
  7. Product Demonstrations
  8. Conduct solution‑focused product demos that clearly highlight value, features, and upgrade opportunities.
  9. Client Advocacy
  10. Leverage strong client relationships to generate referrals, testimonials, case studies, and broader market visibility.
