We are seeking a Junior Systems Administrator to support IT operations, focusing on system monitoring, incident resolution, and continuous service improvement, working with one of our key U.S. clients. Key Responsibilities

• Analyze system performance trends and support capacity management
• Monitor services and respond to incidents using monitoring tools
• Troubleshoot technical issues and support resolution processes
• Assist in system configuration and infrastructure improvements
• Maintain and update documentation
• Support continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements

• Knowledge of IT infrastructure fundamentals (servers, networks, operating systems)
• Experience with monitoring tools and incident management
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to follow processes and work in structured environments
• Good communication and teamwork skills

Certifications (Preferred)

• CompTIA A+ or Network+
• Microsoft certifications (fundamentals or associate level)
• ITIL Foundation

Languages

• Intermediate to advanced English
• Intermediate proficiency in Spanish and/or Portuguese is preferred.
