Role - Azure Integration / PaaS Architect

Experience – 10+ years

Job Description:

• Proven experience in leading multiple projects and managing cross-functional teams in the Azure integration domain.
• Strategic planning and execution of integration projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and client expectations.
• Provide leadership in implementing best practices for architecture, development, and deployment in Azure integration.
• Strong focus on stakeholder engagement and managing project risks, and timelines effectively.
• Ensure teams are equipped with the tools, resources, and training required for success.
• Oversee the design and delivery of REST APIs, Azure App Services, and cloud-native solutions.
• Lead efforts to improve processes and achieve operational excellence.
• Strong focus on compliance with security, governance, and industry standards, particularly in the Oil & Gas domain.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills to convey ideas, provide clear instructions, and collaborate effectively with teams and stakeholders.

What we are looking for:

• The candidate should have strong experience in client management and stakeholder handling (USA clients)
• Must have prior experience in onsite-offshore coordination and delivery management
• Must be a US citizen or should hold Green Card, comfortable working across US and India time zones
• Must understand both US and India work cultures
• Should be capable of working independently onsite
• Domain experience in Oil & Gas is preferred.
