We partner with multiple healthcare organizations that operate in Epic environments and are actively expanding their internal Epic consulting expertise. To support this growth, we’re seeking professionals with deep, hands‑on Epic experience, particularly individuals who have worked with Epic Boost either directly or as former Epic employees.
This role is ideal for candidates who understand how Epic operates internally and can bring that model to client-facing consulting work.
What You’ll Do
Support healthcare clients operating in Epic environments
Apply Epic best practices to implementation, optimization, or support initiatives
Translate client needs into structured, executable Epic-focused solutions
Collaborate with technical and executive stakeholders
Bring Epic internal knowledge and delivery rigor into a consulting setting
Ideal Background
Former Epic employee (highly preferred)
Experience working as:
Epic Technical Services Engineer
Epic Project Manager
Epic Boost Analyst or Epic consultant equivalent
Strong understanding of how Epic teams, governance, and delivery models operate
Comfortable working in regulated healthcare environments
Client-facing consulting experience is a plus
