We're a multi-brand consumer products company with four brands in major retail — Tinkr (tools, Target), Maison Lude (our Mahjong mat went viral), GRYT (audio, heading into Walmart), and Tecstr (Starlink accessories).
We're looking for someone to own social across all four. Not manage — own. Strategy, content direction, creator partnerships, and growth metrics. Each brand gets its own voice and its own playbook.
This role is for you if:
You've grown a TikTok or Instagram account from scratch and have the numbers to show it
You're comfortable jumping between product categories — tools one day, games the next
You use AI as part of how you work, not as a novelty
You want to build something real, not execute someone else's strategy
This role is not for you if:
You've only ever managed content at an agency
You need a big team to execute
You think posting 3x a week is a social strategy
Direct access to the founder. Real budget. Products already in major retail with momentum to build on.
Remote-friendly. $90K–$115K base + performance bonus.
