Full Stack Developer Position

Guzman & Company is recruiting for a full-time Full Stack Developer Position for our Coral Gables, FL headquarters.

Job Duties:

·        Generate financial reports, including MSCI, S&P 500, AmCen, and Russell rebalance deliverables

·        Create BAT files in a virtual machine to back up files to AWS and archive n-Tier files to the shared trading drive

·        Build a new Airflow DAG for RBC and BOFA file merging

·        Build a new Airflow DAG for ASC daily and weekly reporting

·        Build a new Airflow DAG for RBC SFTP backups

·        Maintain and modify an Airflow DAG for n-Tier file delivery

·        Maintain the TCA Airflow script

·        Deploy Airflow in the production environment to support stable scheduled operations

·        Add email notifications to Airflow delivery processes and manage authentication and connection settings

·        Any other duties as assigned

Required Skills and Qualifications:

·        Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field preferred

• Experience with Apache Airflow for building, scheduling, monitoring, and troubleshooting production DAGs
• Strong knowledge of Python for workflow automation, file processing, and data transformation
• Experience with AWS S3 for file storage, movement, and pipeline integration
• Familiarity with SFTP/FTP processes for automated file delivery and retrieval
• Ability to work in Linux/Unix environments, including SSH access, file management, and service restarts
• Experience supporting production data pipelines with retries, scheduling, dependency handling, and error resolution
• Knowledge of CSV/file-based data processing, validation, and transformation workflows
• Familiarity with GitHub for source control, code updates, and deployment workflows
• Ability to deploy and maintain Airflow DAGs in production environments
• Experience with automated reporting pipelines and client file delivery processes

Languages / technical knowledge:

• Python
• Shell scripting / Bash
• Airflow CLI / basic DevOps commands
• Understanding of financial operations or trade-support workflows is a plus
