Why This Role Is Unique

This is a Founding CEO role. You will be the first operational leader of Foundry PC, responsible for building the company from the ground up — owning go-to-market, revenue, client delivery, and team building. You’ll work directly with the studio’s founding team to turn an established service offering into a scalable business.

What You’ll Do

•      Define and execute Foundry PC’s go-to-market strategy, including outbound sales, partnerships, and inbound channels targeting digital health startups, telehealth companies, NP/PA practice owners, and PE-backed healthcare groups

•      Own revenue from day one — build pipeline, close deals, and hit growth targets

•      Lead consultative sales conversations around MSO-PC structures and CPOM compliance

•      Develop ICP, messaging, positioning, and pricing strategy

•      Hire and manage the founding team (starting with sales and operations)

•      Oversee client delivery and ensure high-quality, compliant outcomes

•      Build repeatable systems: CRM, SOPs, onboarding workflows, and pipeline forecasting

•      Report to and collaborate with the studio’s founding team on strategy, capital allocation, and long-term vision


What We’re Looking For

•      5–10+ years of experience in B2B sales, healthcare services, legal-tech, compliance-tech, or healthcare operations

•      Track record of closing high-ticket, consultative deals with founders, operators, healthcare executives, or PE-backed organizations

•      Strong outbound and business development skills (cold email, LinkedIn, partnerships, referral networks)

•      Ability to explain complex regulatory or technical products clearly to non-technical buyers

•      Comfort operating in early-stage environments with ambiguity, limited resources, and high ownership

•      Leadership experience — you’ve built or managed a team, even a small one


Bonus

•      Familiarity with Corporate Practice of Medicine (CPOM) laws

•      Experience selling or delivering healthcare compliance solutions

•      Background in digital health ecosystems

•      Prior founder, GM, or CEO experience


Compensation

•      Base Salary: $100,000 per year

•      On-Target Earnings (OTE): $200,000 per year (base salary plus performance-based bonuses tied to revenue targets)

•      Majority equity stake

•      Medical, dental, vision benefits

•      Flexible PTO

•      Remote (U.S.-based)
