The Rabbi Sacks Legacy exists to preserve and perpetuate the ideas of Rabbi Lord Jonathan Sacks, ensuring their reach and relevance endure for generations to come. We are seeking a Finance Manager to take responsibility for day-to-day financial operations across a growing global nonprofit organization.
Location and Flexibility
This is a remote role with a high degree of flexibility. Candidates are likely to be based in Israel or the United States, and familiar with both contexts, ideally with experience in global nonprofit or charity environments. The role is particularly well suited to candidates seeking a flexible, part-time structure.
Core Responsibilities
Monthly reporting across U.S., U.K., and Israel entities
Budgeting, tracking, and variance analysis
Bookkeeping, reconciliations, and payments in and out
Cash flow visibility and audit support
Experience and Competencies
5–10 years’ relevant finance experience
An affinity for mission-driven work, ideally with experience in a nonprofit or values-led environment
Comfortable operating in a small, collaborative team
Proactive and solutions-oriented
Reliable, detail-oriented, and consistent in execution
Clear and professional communication across teams and locations
Ownership of the full monthly close cycle
Experience with multi-entity and/or international finance preferred
Strong Excel and financial systems capability (e.g. QuickBooks, Xero, or similar)
