Executive Recruiter

We’re looking for a senior Executive Recruiter with deep HCM / PEO headhunting experience to support high-impact leadership hiring.

What you’ll do

• Lead full‑cycle executive searches (Director–VP, select C‑Suite)
• Headhunt passive talent within the PEO / HCM competitive landscape
• Partner directly with senior business leaders on role design, talent strategy, and offers
• Deliver strong, market‑ready executive slates quickly

Must have (non‑negotiable)

• 4+ years recruiting experience with significant HCM / PEO focus
• Proven executive search success in the HCM/PEO industry
• Experience recruiting HCM/PEO sales leaders, market/regional leadership, or HCM ops execs
• Strong passive sourcing and consultative stakeholder skills

• 3–6 month engagement (extension possible)
