Our client, a leading global alternative asset manager, is seeking a highly polished Executive Assistant with a strong business partner mindset to support a senior Partner on their global leadership team in a true 1:1 capacity. This is a high-visibility, high-impact role requiring professionalism, discretion, and the confidence to operate alongside top-tier leadership in a fast-paced investment environment.
This position is in-office 4 days per week and offers a competitive base salary of up to $145K, plus paid overtime and a discretionary bonus.
Responsibilities
Schedule and coordinate meetings, conferences, and off-sites with precision and efficiency.
Manage a complex, ever-evolving executive calendar, balancing competing priorities and stakeholder needs.
Coordinate detailed domestic and international travel, including conferences.
Prepare comprehensive, accurate itineraries and ensure all travel logistics and documentation are seamless.
Draft and edit agendas, correspondence, presentations, and other executive materials.
Oversee expense reporting and invoice processing while proactively identifying opportunities to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
Qualifications
7+ years of executive support experience within financial services, preferably supporting senior leadership in a 1:1 capacity.
Professional presence, sound judgment, and the gravitas to interact confidently with executives and stakeholders at all levels.
Proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with strong ownership and accountability.
Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
Experience with expense management tools (e.g., Concur) and complex travel coordination.
