****Confidential**** Search for a multi-site Division Controller/ Financial Business Partner. Global role, for a fortune 500+ diversified industrial near Glendale Heights, IL.

About the Role

This role is responsible for 7 sites globally with a 60/40 split of finance/accounting focus. As a member of the site leadership team, the ideal candidate will be a true Business Partner to the Operations Leaders, a strategic thinker with strong leadership, engagement, coaching and mentoring experience. Targeting a Hi-Pot for this feeder role for corporate level financial leadership.

Responsibilities

• Key prior exp pref’d - costing, general and inventory accounting, payroll, AR, AP, profit planning, earnings estimates, and economic analysis.
• You will be a strong team player working cross functionally with the ability to explain the numbers to senior management with an understanding of site impacts to the broader division.
• You will have experience defining and documenting processes and procedures.
• Drive accountability to organizations.
• Experience with Financial Reporting/Forecasting/Planning and Internal Controls.
• Experience with ERP systems and ERP system integration as well as prior leadership of IT effort is a plus.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in accounting, finance, Business or Economics.
• 8+ yrs exp pref’d.
• Prior exp in a manufacturing environment pref’d.

Required Skills

• Strong leadership, engagement, coaching and mentoring experience.
• Ability to explain financial data to senior management.
• Experience with Financial Reporting/Forecasting/Planning and Internal Controls.
• Experience with ERP systems and ERP system integration.

Preferred Skills

• Prior leadership of IT effort.
