Job Summary:

Our client, a private, high-profile family is seeking an experienced Director of Residences to oversee operations across a portfolio of luxury properties and lifestyle assets. This is a senior leadership role for a highly organized, service-driven professional who can manage complex, multi-location environments while maintaining exceptional standards.

This individual will lead household and property teams, oversee vendors and budgets, coordinate travel and logistics (including aviation), and serve as a trusted liaison between the Principals and their broader support network. The role requires both strategic oversight and hands-on execution, with a focus on consistency, efficiency, and a seamless day-to-day experience across all locations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations across multiple residences and seasonal properties
• Lead, manage, and develop household staff and external vendors
• Manage budgets, expenses, and reporting in partnership with internal teams
• Coordinate travel logistics, including private aviation and ground transportation
• Oversee property maintenance, projects, and capital improvements
• Maintain consistent service standards and operational processes across all locations

Qualifications:

• Significant experience managing multiple luxury residences or estates
• Proven leadership managing teams across multiple locations
• Strong operational and financial management skills
• Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
• Discreet, polished, and adaptable in a dynamic, high-touch environment
• Willingness to travel and maintain a flexible schedule

This is a full-time, live-out position based in Florida, with regular travel required.
