This position leads the Americas Securities Processing Professional Services function, with full responsibility for client implementations, onboarding strategy, and delivery execution across complex engagements. The role is focused on driving client outcomes, scaling the consulting practice, and ensuring consistent execution across large, high-value programs. Success in this role requires balancing delivery quality, revenue realization, and long-term client satisfaction within a regulated financial services environment.
Primary Responsibilities
Practice Development & Direction
Establish and grow a consulting organization supporting securities processing solutions across the Americas
Set strategic direction for implementation approaches, onboarding frameworks, and capability expansion
Align with global leadership to promote consistent delivery standards, shared tools, and repeatable processes
Client Implementation & Delivery Oversight
Oversee execution of complex, enterprise-level client implementations from initiation through production rollout
Guide clients through onboarding phases including requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, and deployment
Proactively manage delivery risks, dependencies, and issues to ensure successful outcomes and timelines
Financial & Operational Management
Drive performance against revenue targets through effective delivery planning and strong collaboration with commercial teams
Monitor key performance indicators, resource utilization, and delivery forecasts, providing visibility to senior stakeholders
Team Leadership & Capability Building
Lead, mentor, and scale a team of consultants, including hiring, development, and performance management
Build a strong bench of talent with expertise in securities processing, integrations, and data workflows
Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement
Delivery Governance & Quality Assurance
Implement structured governance across all engagements, including project planning, risk tracking, and executive reporting
Standardize delivery practices through consistent use of frameworks, templates, and implementation methodologies
Maintain strong client relationships at senior levels to ensure satisfaction and long-term partnership
Cross-Regional Collaboration
Coordinate with global teams to align resources, share expertise, and support delivery across regions
Additional Expectations
Ability to travel as needed (approximately 30–50%)
Flexibility to take on additional responsibilities in support of business needs
Required Skills & Experience
Demonstrated leadership experience managing consulting or delivery teams
Proven success delivering large-scale financial technology or operational transformation initiatives
Strong understanding of back-office functions, ideally within securities processing or capital markets operations
Excellent communication and presentation skills, including engagement with senior stakeholders
Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities
High level of professionalism, integrity, and accountability
Industry certifications (e.g., PMP, Agile) or relevant financial services credentials are advantageous
