About the Opportunity

Bullpen is partnered with a growing, entrepreneurial real estate investment platform focused on value-add multifamily investments across multiple markets.

With a strong track record of execution, the firm is entering its next phase of growth—scaling toward $1B+ while continuing to capitalize on market dislocation and distressed opportunities.

This is a unique opportunity to step into a leadership role, working directly with the Founder to help build the operational infrastructure needed to support that growth.

The Role

This is not a traditional operations role.

You will be responsible for building and running the company’s execution engine—ensuring priorities are clear, teams are aligned, and initiatives are delivered consistently across the business.

You’ll work across acquisitions, asset management, and accounting to bring structure, accountability, and clarity to a fast-moving, entrepreneurial platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and implement KPI dashboards and reporting systems across departments
• Establish weekly, monthly, and quarterly execution cadence
• Drive alignment across acquisitions, asset management, and accounting
• Create clear ownership, priorities, and timelines across initiatives
• Enforce accountability across teams and address performance gaps
• Oversee asset management function and coordinate with outsourced accounting
• Reduce Founder involvement in day-to-day execution

What We’re Looking For

10–15+ years of experience in operations or cross-functional leadership roles

• Proven ability to build systems and processes from scratch
• Background in entrepreneurial or sub-institutional environments (not purely institutional)
• Strong communicator, highly organized, and comfortable driving accountability
• Real estate experience preferred, particularly asset management exposure
