Deployment Technician

Encore Talent Solutions has partnered with a client to identify a number of Deployment/Field Technicians on a contract opening through the first week of July 2026, with possible extensions

• This role will require flexible scheduling as there will be night/weekend work involved (at least every other weekend will be required for some of the site work
• IMMEDIATE NEED-will be screening ASAP along with made selections. This an exclusive project

This project is going to support a large-scale device migration and enrollment initiative across multiple office locations with the client's Southwest CT market. There are 7 different locations located within 45-60min within Danbury, CT.

We are looking for support techs that have proven work experience with Microsoft Entra ID performing a number of related tasks including (but not limited to):

• Reimage end-user devices
• Ensure devices are properly enrolled into Microsoft Entra
• Configure user profiles within Entra ID
• Add devices to appropriate application and/or user groups
• Validate successful enrollment into the client’s cloud-native environment

They are looking to transition devices into a more centralized, cloud based Microsoft environment using Azure and Entra as the identity and device management platforms

Key skills needed for the role:

• Microsoft Azure
• Microsoft Entra ID (or Microsoft Azure AD)
• End user support from a hands on perspective
• Device enrollment processes
• Clean-cable management (plus)
• Solid Customer Service skills
