Assistant Manager skilled in Building AI-Powered Recruitment Systems

Qualification:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in a technology related field (e.g. Engineering, Computer Science, etc.) required.
• Extensive experience in relational databases like Oracle or Snowflake
• Development experience using Python
• Experience in Data warehousing, data modelling and creation of data marts.
• Experience in developing data applications in Cloud (AWS/Azure/Google Cloud)
• Experience with ETL technologies (Informatica/Snaplogic etc)
• Experience with Business Intelligence and Dashboards is a plus
• Experience with DevOps, Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery (Maven, Jenkins, Stash, Ansible, Docker) is a plus
• Experience in Agile methodologies (Kanban and SCRUM) is a plus
Must have skills:

1.) Python (need to know Python language to extract critical elements and re-build in new ecosystem)

Client need someone who can:
Understand complex legacy databases (Oracle)
Write strong SQL for transformation and optimization
Use Python to build data pipelines and ETL logic
Move data into AWS + Snowflake
Build scalable data warehouse solutions
Support enterprise-wide Data Lake architecture
This is a migration + modernization role, a senior engineer who can rebuild legacy Oracle-based data systems into AWS + Snowflake using strong Python + SQL + Data Warehousing expertise.
