Data Engineer

Responsibilities:

1. Establish a robust business metric framework tied to the overarching goals of the business team;
2. Analyze business processes to identify challenges and opportunities, providing data-driven recommendations for strategic business decisions, product development, and operational optimization;
3. Formalize analytical frameworks, translate business needs into concrete data requirements, and collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Product, Engineering) to drive business impact and commercial value.

Job Requirements:

1. Minimum of 3 years of data engineering experience
2. Experience with data modeling, warehousing and building ETL pipelines
3. Experience with SQL
4. Self-motivated, detail-oriented, strong communication and teamwork skills
5. BS/MS in Computer Science, Math, Economics, Statistics, or other science and engineering fields

Compensation and Benefits

- Our compensation structure is designed to align with the cost of labor in various geographic markets across the US. The total salary for this position ranges from $100,000 to $300,000 annually, based on job-related factors such as skills, experience, qualifications, competencies and location.
