**Future Opportunity**

CSEngineering is seeking a Data Analyst to join our growing team! This role will support federal real property and facilities management operations by combining, validating, and synthesizing complex datasets to enable accurate, decision-ready outputs for mission-critical leadership requirements. The ideal candidate will bring strong experience in data synthesis, real estate data analysis, and federal program environments to ensure data integrity, portfolio visibility, and actionable intelligence across all project phases.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• The Data Analyst will be responsible for combining data sources and conducting quality assurance (QA) and quality control (QC) to ensure all outputs are adaptable by design, customized for specific requests, and enable stakeholders to identify decision points, portfolio risks, project risks, and key variable impacts.

• Collect and aggregate data from both internal and external sources, cross-referencing inputs to maintain quality control and accuracy across complex real property datasets.


• Combine, reconcile, aggregate, and validate real property information from multiple internal and external sources to produce decision-ready, mission-critical outputs.


• Update and maintain a dynamic real estate dataset of past, present, and planned projects to maximize information available for trend analysis and projections.


• Interface with related program offices and enterprise systems to reconcile discrepancies, standardize inputs, and maintain accuracy across datasets.


• Validate data sources to ensure accuracy for extracting reports for senior leadership, and prepare executive-level memoranda, charts, and analytical reports tailored to specific requests.


• Perform data synthesis to deliver validated outputs integrating complex real property data from multiple sources into formats that meet time-sensitive leadership requirements.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Security Clearance: Public Trust

• Bachelor's degree in data Analytics, Business, Real Estate, Finance, or a related field


• Minimum of five (5) to seven (7) years of relevant experience in data synthesis, analysis, and real estate or federal program environments


• Strong knowledge of federal real property laws and regulations, including Title 40 U.S.C. and OMB Circular A-11 lease scoring requirements


• Knowledge of federal real property leasing and acquisition processes, including FAR and GSA Leasing Desk Guide processes


• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and approved document repositories


• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Power BI Certification or CompTIA Data+


• Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI or Tableau)


• Understanding of Title 38 U.S.C. § 8103 and Title 40 federal property authorities


• Familiarity with OMB Circular A-11 lease scoring and related federal compliance frameworks


• Experience supporting federal datasets or enterprise systems
