We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our team supporting Capital One’s data-driven initiatives. This role will focus on extracting insights from large datasets, building scalable data solutions, and supporting business decision-making through analytics.
Required Skills:
Strong experience with SQL (joins, CTEs, query optimization)
Proficiency in Python (Pandas, NumPy)
Hands-on experience with AWS (S3, Redshift, Athena, Glue, etc.)
Bachelors must completed 2019 or before.
Understanding of ETL processes and data modeling
Experience with Tableau / Power BI or similar tools
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in financial services or banking domain
Exposure to big data tools like Spark or Hadoop
Knowledge of basic statistics or data analysis techniques
Experience working in Agile environments
