Creative Project Manager

Location: Chicago, IL

Job Type: Contract

Compensation Range: $40 - 45 per hour

We are seeking a talented, detail-oriented Creative Producer. This role is ideal for someone passionate about elevating marketing creative, proficient at project management, and excited to leverage emerging technologies-including AI-to optimize workflows and drive creative excellence. You will work cross-functionally with our in-house studio and external partners, ensuring seamless production and delivery across work streams.

• Must be local to Chicago to work onsite 5x a week!
  
  
  

Responsibilities:

• Support end-to-end production for multiple projects, ensuring deliverables meet creative, technical, and brand standards.
• Coordinate schedules, resources, and workflows to deliver projects on time and within budget.
• Implement and optimize scalable workflows, leveraging AI tools and industry best practices to enhance efficiency and creative output.
• Maintain consistent communication across internal teams and external agencies, providing regular updates and managing feedback.
• Systematically organize, tag and archive project files and final assets for easy access and future reference.
• Proactively identify and resolve production challenges, ensuring smooth project execution and high-quality results.
  
  
  

Qualifications:

• 7+ years of creative production experience, ideally within agency or integrated marketing environments.
• Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, with proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong communication and client-facing skills to collaborate effectively with internal teams and stakeholders, as well as external agency partners.
• Proficiency with project management and creative tools (e.g., Workfront, Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Frame.io), along with Digital Asset Management tools.
• Experience leveraging AI or automation tools to streamline production processes and enhance creative scalability and outcomes.
• A proactive, detail-oriented approach to problem-solving, with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
